Warranty
Every product is warranted for 1-year to be free from defects and manufacturing errors. So if in the unlikely chance your product has issues, we will either fix or replace the product at no charge. We stand by our craftsmanship and know that our gear will be used by some of the most demanding photographers.
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy.
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your product, we will issue you a full refund for the purchase price of your product, less the price of return shipping. All returns must be in good, unused, re-sellable condition.
If for some reason, the return is due to a manufacturing defect then we will cover the return shipping cost as well. You can also request a replacement.
